Course content is aligned with the recommendations of the American Society for Quality - ASQ (https://asq.org/)
Content: Six Sigma fundamentals, Lean fundamentals, DMAIC framework, project charter, process mapping, data types, notions of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), notions of stability and process capability, identification of potential causes, validation of root causes, notions of MINITAB, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), confidence interval, factorial plots, Lean solution design, right work right place (RWRP), notions of control plan, statistical validation of process improvement and transfer to the process owner.
Two important differentials of this course:
We will be running a full simulated Lean Six Sigma project where students will apply the main concepts of DMAIC to solve a structural problem during classes;
Deep dive in two real case studies: one developed in the manufacturing sector (Multinational in the Automotive Sector) and another in the services sector (Multinational in the Market Research Sector).
Class type: Online - Webinar (Instructor-led classes).
There is no prerequisite
